Amy’s House boosts its online fundraising with improved website

25/03/2013

Sheffield based respite charity for children with special needs, Amy’s House, today announces the launch of its updated website and online fundraising initiative.

The new website found at www.AmysHouse.org.uk provides an engaging insight into the charity, the work that it does within the community and the people who make it happen.

As well as information about the services provided by Amy’s House, including in-depth information about the Direct Payments scheme and how Amy’s House can help manage this, visitors to the website can also get better acquainted with the fantastic children who use Amy’s House and find out about the charity’s success stories. Importantly, visitors can also learn how they can help and support the charity through donations and fundraising.

The updated website includes a team profiles section which details not only the capabilities of the team but also reveals something of what they are like away from work. Other features include photo galleries, a Twitter feed and great videos for visitors to enjoy.

The launch of the new site is part of Amy’s House new online Pay-Per-Click (PPC) fundraising initiative – and will help to convert as much of the new traffic as possible into donations for the charity.

Amy’s House founder, Maurice Littlewood OBE said;

"We're very excited to usher in a new online era for the Amy’s House with the launch of a new website which will coincide with our new PPC click campaign.

"The new site includes a wealth of features, such as the photos, videos and Twitter feed, which should give visitors a great insight into who we are and what we do."

Every weekend Amy’s House gives very special children with special needs the chance to play, laugh and learn through education and exercise in a fun and safe environment and is funded solely by the generosity of fundraisers and donations.
